I got perma banned awhile back and was wondering if there was any way to reverse it so i could access the storefront again.? Thanks

Try deleting your Forza profile data then start a new save.

i have heard that you can just delete your forza save for that profile, you should try it, then you can confirm it for all the people that dont know if it works or not

Nope there isn't, deleting your game save and making a new one only works for forza 3
