On Mw3 i have gotten over 500 kills with the Barret, MSR and the L118A and they have not given me the silver title with the gun name on it, can anyone help me or know how to fix it let me know. Thanks

Are you sure? You are probably looking at the wrong kill count.

Have you prestiged if you haven't you can not unlock the titles and emblems for weapons

You have to prestige before you can get the titles.
