I was just wondering if anyone here has ever had a lucid dream or an astral projection. If anyone has please message me and tell me how you did it and what it was like. Thanks.

it is when you can control your dream and you can make yourself imagine anything. people say that it can cause seizures so i would try it.

I've done this, once, not on purpose, but when i realized i was dreaming i controlled it for about 5 minutes (Dream time) And woke up at about 3am scared half to death, i would no recommend trying this.

I've been trying every night, the longest I've laid there, is one hour. Don't try it unless you're really tired, it was annoying as hell sitting back up after one hour of laying there, realizing that I just did that for no reason.

How i did it:
Be really tired.
Find a clock in your dream.
Look at it, Look away, Look at it again, it is either forward hours or back hours.
Or Look at a book, it should look like jibberish.

I've been trying to do it every night for the past week.

I've done it do much that whe im tired and go for the lucid dream it takes like 5 mins for my arms and legs to go numb and about another 15 to get into sleep paralysis .

It's awesome (:
I recommend it. (:
And don't be scared of sleep paralysis if you get stuck in it, just wait your body isn't going to paralyze itself forever. Lol (;
