Could be a new person or you never know, could be Samantha or a descendant of hers after we learn more of the storyline.

I also believe yes she will be playable or apart of the zombie storyline in some shape or form, she isn't just a poster girl.

I reckon this is Samantha, the little girl that you see on moon if you do the easter egg. Now in the year 2025 she is all grown up and fighting zombies?
