Is a rumor circulating that if you pre-order on this mount (May), you could have gift for mw3, like x2xp, an other class and maybe a new gun on mw3.

i doubt it, otherwise they would of said something on one of their websites. If its true it would be cool though

Well, I doubt that's true, (But you DO get a MW3 Prestige Token for Pre-ordering @ Gamestop and some other gaming outlets) but I think they'll be giving you a "quad-copter". (Y'know, that little helicopter with the 4 spinning blades that shoots?)
I'm not too sure of the in-game bonuses though.

No i don't think so, MW3 and Black ops is made by to different people so it won't happen.
