so a few months ago i made my ultimate team and had a pretty decent squad, and i come on the next morning and everything is gone, i also bought the fifa 12 special edition and got 3 packs for 6 months, and at the start of every month, this guy who has my account keeps going on and taking it. He has also changed the password to my e-mail so i cannot access my email to take it off my xbox live. i deleted the ultimate team and did not play fifa for a few months, and thought he had pissed off, so i went back on fifa, made a new ultimate team and within days this **** had taken all my players and coins again. Is there anything i can do to stop this from happening? or should i just close my xbox live account?

Have you tryed changing you XBL password and EA account password? If you have then I have no idea how they are getting your coins and team.

Mate the exact same happend to me , have you been using websites or anything to get free coins and put your details in because thats the way they hack your account , i sorted mine by ringing EA and they suspended my account for 6 weeks and now its all normal again i have to start my club again but its ok or you can go into a live chat or email EA because your phone bill will go up high if your from the UK hope i helped

People keep saying 'don't give your details out'. Have you not seen KSI's latest video? You don't need to give your email and password out to be hacked!
