your card does not have enough money to pay the payment, most common reason is the tax.

If it is with a credit card, then your credit card may not have enough money.
If it is with a gift card, you may need to activate it first before purchasing.
If it is a card, go buy another one.

Hello man. It depends on where you got the code from. If you got it from anyone from other than the UK then it wont work, only UK codes work there. So not Canada or US. If that wasn't the case then it could be server error or you might have put it in wrong be sure to double check that.
