Hi I spilled a drink on my laptop last night and firstly it would not power on, but I managed to dry it out to boot. However the keyboard is not functional, any ideas what to do? Would purchasing a USB keyboard be a waste of money. Thanks

I'd take it to a professional if your not comfortable opening it yourself, could be able to be fixed so I'd not consider buying a USB keyboard as a first option.

I managed to get everything to work and I purchased a wired keyboard, and it worked.Everything seems fine now, Im ordering a replacement keyboard and hopefully I can exchange it for a functional one.
