So today I tried to upload an in-depth analysis of the Black Ops 2 trailer (A bit late, I know) only to have Activision give my YouTube account a strike. I've seen other people do these, but they obviously didn't get one. My question is how am I supposed to upload it without infringing their copyright? The audio is made entirely by me and the video is slowed down and edited in a whole host of ways.
Thanks.

In order for it to be of fair use, a 2:1 ratio of actual original content should be used in the video. So say you use a 30 second clip of the trailer, you'd need a 1 minute analysis of the clip of all original material.

What if I had 30 minutes of the trailer and 1 minute of original audio?

So, I could make a claim?

What do you mean? Like fight the copyright strike? No, as your video doesn't follow fair use
