I was banned for (what I believe to be the reason) speed hacking, and health hacks. This in fact is not the case as someone had accidentally left an iron pick-axe in a chest and diamond armor in another one. I believe that I can prove my point quite well as I was making a video with Fraps at the time of the ban, the video is too long to post the whole thing so I will post the part that is at all important.

the server is not whitelist, it is free to join. When it says it is whitelisted when you join, it means we are setting up the map.
