When i go to run Left 4 Dead 2 on steam (I purchased it yesterday) and when i run it it says it must install something to allow the game to be Privileged and when i click install service it doesn't respond then it does then it says restart steam and then when i do it still doesnt play help? I Have already changed the compatibility settings to windows 7.

Hmm. That's a tricky one I'll google it shortly, in the meantime try logging out then back into Steam and try again. If you can, update the game also(?) (I don't use Steam, I don't know how it works)
