You can track how many videos that have been confirmed by staff, not upload... if staff think the videos are good, they will submit them.

Scroll down, and look at Submissions ( Will appear if you get any download, tutorial, video etc submitted)

Then at the bottom you will see how many you have submitted.

You automatically get the badge after you submit 100 videos, etc.

The system knows because it is tracked by usernames. The number adds up, and at 100 you will automatically receive the ranking.
