Try --> patch.bz as the proxy server code & 8080 for the port. maybe you got a bad proxy?

Yes my friend. go to your network setting and go all the way over to proxy server and enter patch.bz for the proxy server and 8080 for the port.

You will need to find a bypass lobby. Add Jakes_lobbies as a PSN friend and join his game session ;) add me as a friend. if there's anything else I can help you with, just let me know
