If i recover someones account onto my xbox and then purchase a game will i get banned if they then redownload it on there own xbox

Leaving the liscense on my xbox and friends profile?

aint done it for a while so not sure

If you license transfer with anyone to get free DLC, it's marketplace theft.

If you did a license transfer and buy DLC now, you could still be banned for that license transfer anyway.

Its not really license transfer if it is bought on my xbox is it? surely they can not ban for that
