Not sure the setownership worked so i looked it up and it doesnt give you ownership it just makes it so the item or npc does not have a owner. so i did some digging and found that player.setownership <trgt id> will work. so thata what i did. i tested it out and still seemed a little buggy but that is to be expected.

Oh ya and i love what you did with the house! it looks great!!
