i dont have a bank account yet is there any way to verify or atleast lift the limit alittle on paypal so i can gift it to someone

To lift the limit you have to add a bank account to it.
There's one thing that my friend did to bypass it, and that was adding an etrade account. I'm not sure what he did, but that's how he said he did it.
