Ok so today I turned on my xbox, tried signing in and bam a perma-ban. I have called Microsoft and well nothing they can do. I forget my email and password and everything cause it's a 3 year old account. And the part i'm mad about is I just put 1600 MP on there plus a year membership I put on in January. Is there anything I can do to get back online and pass this ban?
