StevenN1010 wroteKreten wrote Have you tried changing the name of your gamertag on xbox? I was wondering what would happen if you cancelled your banned account and 6 months later someone makes account with that exact GT would they be able to play? If so that means that ban is actually pag gamertag uniqe id and you could open ur gt on pc and switch those ids with another gt' ids and it would ask you to associate banned gt with an email
These are just my theories but one of them must work... Unless ea is so stupid to ban a person before they evwn have xbox live
It's not the gamertag which is banned, it is the email linked to the account that is banned.
I know and what i meant exactly so it triggers the ea server recognising gamertag as new user and that way allowing you to link it to another email
..... If you nulled the ids? If you transferred xuid from another gt? Or simply change gt for 800msp? Would any of those work for ea game to think this is new gt.... I''ll atempt this tonight as I have trial account that is banned for VP HACK 127

Post outcome, whether it works or not. If it works you will be popular with many people who modded their pros, because rather annoyingly, they will be unbanned.

Not everyone did it because they wanted to cheat..... Like me my account of 7 years with 156k GS legit was banned for vp hack.... And yes I did mod it to 127 overall but it wasnt to be better than legit players but instead I got tired of losing games against teams we were better than, just because they had two modded players and outrun anyone..... People that modded for same reasons as me shouldnt of been banned in first place but those that modded to cheat shud die..... I still see players that have had xbl for 3-4 years and still have 127 pros and not banned

So because you modded your pro for 'different' reasons, you shouldn't have been banned? Never mind, I'm sure EA will unban your account once they read this and realise you didn't mean to cheat

My main account is unbanned with ea hearing that honest story. Why are you twisting what I was saying? Did I say at any point that I' sorry didnt mean to cheat? I said that I did it and why would I watch my team lose points because every single team at that time had modded pros

How was I twisting what you said? You admitted you modded, because you were fed up of playing against modded pros. You admitted to modding, so you kinda lose any moral high ground right there.
Why not just quit games (before five mins, obviously) when you realise you're in a game with modded pros? They soon get fed up when they can't get into a game.
And I don't believe for a second that EA unbanned you because you told them you didn't mean to cheat. As far as they're concerned, modded pro = ban. It's that simple.

They didnt just simply say ok we'll unban you... I left them no choice TOS says you have right to have account cancelled at any time for any reason including disputes of tos enforcement (tos enforcement is ban) ;-)

So you want EA to adhere strictly to their TOS, even though YOU don't comply with it? Is that what you're saying?
Hypocrite much?
