Back out of ultimate team
Go to UEFA EURO 2012 Addon
Go to store (still in UEFA EURO)
Back out of Euro
Go back in Ultimate Team
Go to Packs store
Ta-Da!

this happened to me monday, go to storage and delete all the packs, premium packs, once that, fire up fifa 12 and buy a pack, hope i helped
