anyone know how to download dlc off banned account i have an old banned account i want to get certain dlc off of and it is liscenced to my xbox

theres a tut somewhere but all you do it load your profile to horizon and go on account thingy then click the recovery button till it goes grey and you should be able to recover it but not go online

i am not sure exactly about this. but i think if u get the dlc off the account(off old xbox). put the dlc on horizon, swap the console id's from the dlc (it had the old console id's) and put in your new xbox's console id's. idk if this will work though, its just an idea
