How are we supposed to give you character ideas?

There are so many features to choose from?

Read the stats they give and choose one based on the play style you like.

Are you looking to mod a charcter or go legit? If it's your 1st playthrough I highly recomend you go the legit route. However there are many builds that can be almost godlike even legit. My favorite is the necromage/vampire combination. It's kinda complicated, but the perk in the restoration tree necromage makes all spells you cast on undead targets have a 25% greater magnitude and duration. When your character becomes a full blown vampire you are flagged by the game as undead, but it gets better. This effect doesn't just apply to spells, but ANYTHING that has a magicial effect so enchants on armor, potions, spells, dragonshouts, and even some perks taken while vamp/necromage is in effect have a greater magnitude and duration. Also the best race for this is Dunmer because the fire resist offsets the fire weakness you get as a vamp.

Here's an easy strategy. Choose a Wood Elf as your race. Focus on leveling up archery, sneak, light armor, and conjuration. Always sneak. When your conjuration gets to level 50, you unlock the bound weapon perk, which allows you to enchant bound bows, which are as powerful as daedric bows. When your sneak is at a high enough level, sneak attacks with bows do 3x the damage, making archers one of the most powerful play styles in the game. My current character is a level 28 Wood Elf.
