Well thats the loophole in their own rules... I broke the rules and got banned but tos allows me to have account deleted if they dont they are breaking the tos and ending in a lawsuit in small claims court Which means they cant send their lawyers so is it worth it to them? To have an executive go to small claims court in ohio and battle against the agreement they made. Ea doesnt own Microsoft Gamertag they cant ligally hold it attached to their service against your will ;-)

Pretty sure exploitation of a fault/glitch is against EA policy, then they are not obliged to delete your account, so i doubt it will result in any kind of lawsuit being filed.

Yes but its also against their policy not to delete the account even if its banned

I tried changing the gt = no go
Nulled the ids in profile and = no go
Need to wait untill the 15th to try and change live id (email associated with xbox gt)
And gonna try switching id's and xuid with another gt's
Also tried and changed EA Master ID with direct link [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] = no go
Changed e-mail in ea account and no go

So I dont get whats banned i'm assuming ea account has its own id number or something

Only didnt't try changing my name in ea id but doubt that wud work

Any suggestions are welcome for future ref and ppl that r still stuck

The online pass thats's on console works with all gt's without rehash

I'm trying to help people and theres a difference between unbanned and getting account unlinked... If you're not contributing with helping ur just trying to get ur post count up an ur worthless.
