You can get Horizon Diamond and with the Diamond status you get access to the Gears of War 3 editor which allows you to unlock camos and raise your rank.

You could also get a rank transfer from a friend and this will basically give you whatever the friend that is transferring to you has, This is the much safer option as there have been less bans handed out for this method than the Horizon one.

But unfortunately modding other peoples accounts is against the Terms and Conditions of Horizon Diamond so you would have to buy it yourself and you can't get anyone on here to recover your account and do the rank transfer as it against the rules of this section due to scams, but if you have a friend then you can feel free to do it with them.
