it just means you can not connect nothing more it get it sometimes

when i try to join a kill confirmed game it freezes.

have you tried other game modes? try turning off your xbox and restart it. check the connection to live

This may be due to ports for the call of duty servers not being open!! This happens to me aswell. Im from the Uk and have BT so I just go into my hub manager and change the wireless channel.
