Well I am sure you all have seen the Black Ops Reveal Trailer, And the Camera at the beginning of the video.
THEORY 1: I am going to assume that is a Perk. It has a balance, It cancels out your Radar so you can see the camera. Also, You can move it like a Sentry Gun from MW2. I am guessing that is not a kill-streak but the camera was placed there before he got first blood. So it could be some type of perk. Maybe it is called Surveillance. There is still little known regarding it, But those are my ideas.
THEORY 2: The camera is in a Pre-Determined spot from the start being a Perk. Then when he used it and picked it up in the video he gets his Radar back. Now people are saying it is Equipment. But it is confirmed that Scavenger will not Replenish Equipment. So why make the camera re-usable if it is Equipment.
Speculations: There is a slim chance this is a Killstreak due to the fact it is deployed there before he gets First Blood. This is either a Perk or Equipment.
