Go to account and go to licence transfer and yeah there you go.

You have to do it on Xbox.com

Well yes it is legal if you got a old console and you want to transfer license to your new xbox yes thats legal but this dude whats to license transfer for free dlc which is illegal and will get you an permanent ban

Licence transfer is legal, you can only do it once a year tho

For your own safety yes i would ...If you do want free dlc you could try the second profile glitch
