this not a questions on how to do it. I know how to do the glitch, just like everybody and there mama.
my questions is why something like this happen on the game? is just so easy. how come the care package resets? how it work?
I know how to do it. but dont know how it works.

I think you answered it right. Its just like a glitch in the way the ga,e was wrote and it probably does have somthing to do with it thinkgin you have a gun out.

These are easy Steps..
1. Get a 4killstreak 3 if u have Hardline.
2. Find a small wall / Car. That you can Press A To get on.
3. Get your Care package Out
4. Press A onto the Wall/Car And Double tap , Right Twice.
5.If u have ur Care package Out without Seeing ur Gun. You Throw ur Care package And supply and use it and u've Got Another Care Package.
1. Get a 4killstreak 3 if u have Hardline.

3. Get your Care package Out
