No.
You're spending a large load of money on parts that won't affect overall performance of the build. Don't get me wrong, a 650D is a pretty nice looking case, but it's expensive and would work perfectly with a larger budget. A 965 is a good base CPU, but Intel has a i3-2100 which pulls better FPS in benchmarks and is only 65w and has a better upgrade path where as AMD has their FX chips which suck. I would not trust an Ultra PSU in a million years - even if it did output 750w, your system would use no where near that amount. A 550w PSU from a reliable company will run practically any single GPU out there that can fit in your price range. The reason WD Green drives seem to be so cheap compared to WD Blue/Black drives for example is due to them being slow and run @ 5000rpm compared to 7200rpm with a descent sized cache amount on the higher end WD Blacks - what does this mean? It means everything will feel slower, this will result in slower boot times, opening files / games, browsers, etc. They are meant for pure storage - I.E videos, music, photos since they don't require much. 16gb's of RAM is overkill unless you somehow work for a huge game designing firm and are constantly rendering 3d models, images, audio, etc - 4gb's of RAM is plenty. A 450 is a weak card and won't play a lot games and isn't really 'future proof'.
My tip - re-do the whole build, properly this time.

Well, It's my first venture into PC building, so I've no Idea.
I'll just get what my brother has, since I'm guessing this section isn't friendly.
Yes, I have found a cheaper case and a Better PSU since the original thread was posted, I also have a different Video Card now.

It'd be nice to know what setup he has seeing as I'm in the dark about it. Also, what do you mean by this section isn't 'friendly'?
If you don't mind, please list the new hardware you found so I can make a suggestion if need be. I just hate seeing people get sucked into buying low quality parts and waste their money when there are better choices out there.

Well, the section isn't friendly comment was simply that I took your last comment wrong, and I apologize for that.
The new Graphics card is a GeForce GTX 550 Ti, and I'm still looking for a new psu.
The case I found that I've seen my friends use multiple times is the
NZXT GAMMA Classic Series GAMA-001BK Black Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case

Yeah, most alienwares aren't as good as they put them out to be.
They are just overpriced Dells; building a PC is way Cheaper than buying a pre-made one.

A 550 ti is a descent upgrade from the 450, but you can find a AMD 6850 for around the same price or even cheaper if you did some researching. The 6850 is slightly better and draws less power on load. The NZXT Gamma case is a inexpensive case and is pretty good for the price - the only downside is that the sides and top have honeycombed grills and will let a lot of air which is a good thing, but it will also bring in a lot of dust due to the lack of filters. This 500w [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] is a pretty good deal at this price. If you live in Canada, CanadaComputers actually have a clearance sale on a lot of Enermax PSU's and they are selling them for a cheap price considering the quality of the unit.
