Well obviously if you want to become bigger on YouTube, you have to upload regularly, and you haven't uploaded in a month. Thats the first thing. Also, you seem to be uploading very random videos, what I would do is create an upload schedule and stick to it. Lets say that every Monday you will upload a gameplay/commentary, by showing your subscribers that you will be uploading a gameplay or commentary on Mondays, tells your subscribers what they will be seeing from you every week. Also, in some of your videos you have hardly any tags, what I would do is create a notepad file of all the most relevant tags related to the video that you are uploading. And lets say you make a upload schedule you can continue to use them tags week. Finally, I would try and get a professional YouTube background because I have noticed that you don't have one. By having a good looking BG, increases your chances of people subscribing to you. Lets say there was your channel with a BG and your channel without one. The person looking at your channel wpould most probably subscribe to the one with the good looking BG because if gives your channel that shine that just a plain BG.

Hey man, nice channel
First off I looked at the PVR test and I think that your Xbox isn't in 720p because from what I see, the bullets are bigger like when you play SD.
Tips:
Try and get every member of your clan to get a PVR
Try and encourage your players to release weekly episodes, by having more clan members it will give each member more time to get clips and perhaps make a better episode.
Put some more tags in your videos that are relevant to the video itself, this will increase the change of it getting more noticed in the community.
Put more appealing titles in your videos, by having a more appealing title, it will bring more viewers to your videos naturally.
Try and connect with channels a similar size to yours, this will get both of the users more noticed and it will help you out in the long run.
