I was just messing around and stumbled on away to find the textures in Minecraft load it on to a usb then go into "Horizon" extract the .png file of what you want to edit then once done inject it into the correct .png and load up the game on your Xbox 360?
:!: I've not tried this my self since I don't actually own the game :!:

Note; I've just realised you cannot inject the files back into the Minecraft Package

I've actually just tried it now if someone could find a way to inject the files back into the Minecraft package then it might work fingers crossed I was a big fan of texture mods in the original minecraft on pc

I had the same problem, unable to inject the files back into the Minecraft package. I'm thinking, maybe you could make a .GPD for it?

This could be possible but I am unable to try it gonna have to wait till I've bought the game hopefully someone could have already done it by then but I doubt it in the next 3 days
