Try running in safe mode and see if it will load then

Tried That Tried Debugging Mode To Still Wont Load & iGot A Recovery Cd But iWont Load idk Why

In the BIOS settings change it to load from CD first before the Hard Drive and the Recovery CD should work

If loading from the recovery disc doesn't work either then I don't know what to do from there other than resetting your Hard Drive and doing a fresh install of the OS.

Try googling it before that though
