It may have been an error with the download. Try re-entering the code and pressing on the download again button. I had problems with every code that came with my pre-ordered, limited edition of forza 4

You needed to have the limited edition codes. Sorry. You could probably find it on ebay if you really wanted it. It is a level 47 reward car if you have Limited codes.
