I currently work at my first job. It's a kids pool, I teach kids how to swim. Anywhere from floating and splashing to front crawl and backstroke. It's kinda a tough job, since I don't have any younger brothers so dealing with kids is new to me. The crying... oh god all the crying. I get paid $9.50 an hour which is amazing considering I have no previous experience. There are some pros and cons.

Ironically I have an interview for another job at a movie theater on Tuesday. I only work one day a week at the pool (getting more hours next session). So i'll see how each job goes.

I got both jobs through friends. So just talk to your friends, ask them where they work and if their job is hiring. It's the best way.

mfw kids don't do anything but cry for their parents when I try to teach them.
Them: "I'm scared!"
Me: "Of what?? It's water!"
Them: "I don't know "

Try some local groceries, delis, and mini marts. They're not that bad and there's usually a around one area. If you can drive, maybe deliver pizza or Chinese food! You can deliver anything, but those are my favorites ;) Delivery seems like fun because you get to drive around, which seems easier and funner compared to cooking, taking orders, and all that other stuff. Plus, you get paid by the company, and you get paid tips!
