Hey just wondering if someone can get me an achievement hack for L4D 1 please tried so hard doing campaign on expert, failed everytime lol.

I do believe the debug command for testing achievements did not exist in Left 4 Dead 1, so even if you did manage to find a modder, they wouldn't be able to Unlock all the achievements for Left 4 Dead 1, only 2.
