find a cave and at the end of the cave dig a hole strat down

dig all the way down to bed rock, then go up 5 levels, make a 8x8 room, then start digging in one direction, if you don't find anything within 10 mins, go back to the room and start digging in one direction somewhere else.

What you do is dig straight down, make sure you have all your valuables on you too

this is the best way for sure dont listen to anyone saying to dig stright down thats the number one NO in minecraft never dig stright down do what this guy said
