Alright so I like to play League of Legends and when I am mid game my frames suddenly just drop out of nowhere to anywhere between 5 and 10 FPS. I do have a pretty bad laptop but the rest of the time during the game it runs at around 30-40 FPS so I know it is not that the laptop cannot handle the game and I think there is something running in the background on my laptop that is making the FPS drop but I cant figure out what it is. If someone could please give me a hand with this and suggest some ideas on what i could do to find out if there is something slowing it down and how to stop this from happening it would be greatly appreciated!

Or towards the middle of the game larger amounts of things are happening which is a strain on your PC. Run the game on lowest in all settings, close unnecessary tasks/processes and see how that goes for you.

I know that the game isnt straining my pc because the drop lasts for around 2 minutes then goes back to normal and the settings are already on very low and all processes that are unnecessary have been closed
