I was just wondering as my Mum hasnt sorted my bank after 3 years of asking, anyone know any info on this?

No, you need some form of bank card or bank account that shows your identity.

you can open a paypal without a bank account you just can't send money or make payments unless this has changed since I did mine!

No, well you can make a account thats it, but if you want to be able to pay with paypal, you need to hook a bank account or credit card to it

the bank account you only need for depositing paypal balence directly to your bank or withdrawing tou your paypal balence

i currently dont use the bank account option although it lifts the spending/reciving limit per year
