This happened to mine. You're just going to have to buy a new one or you can change your settings and make it so that you can hear people through the speakers on your tv.

Buy a new one?
Only $20 for a cheap one.

Buy a new one.
Or
Go to the settings and put it on play though both.

I've had over 10 headsets so far and almost all of them did this. Your going to have to buy a new one. $20 if you want a cheap one, but i prefer Astros'.

Noooo, don't do thattttt.
Don't buy a new pair.
The same thing happened to me about a month ago, using my x11's. So I used my standard Xbox Headset and the same thing happened on there, couldn't hear but I could talk. I gave it a few days, unplugged/replugged everything and it worked. So I suggest doing that before you buy a new pair.
