What are some modded lobby websites that have forums such as TTG?

I've heard people talk about how they are posting o other websites so "invites will be slow".

I wanted knowledge as to what are the names of those.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

There is NextGenUpdate and Se7enSins. Those are 2 modding/hacking websites that are pretty well known.
