Hey Boss, on my jtag there is a CD-R what does that do? i put it in my Computer and i got Files. Do i transfer that to a USB/my HDD and load it up on the JTAG?

And i got the 4 Rings. i got the wrong Power Brick im Guessing.

It could be that your av cables are not in all the way or your power brick is not the right volts.

plug in your av cables :facepalm:

i did plug the AV cables in.
it worked for like 3 minutes, then it froze and i rebooted,
Then all of a sudden i got the 3 rings. i hear loose things inside the Xbox
i didnt shake it at all.

Did it have to do with the Power Brick i bought from My Local Game Store?

It is a xenon so you may have to the wrong power brick but what is the error code pm and what are you getting 4 red rings cause that is a problem with your av cables... Like carl said...
