well i figure you wont know what im talking about if i name this specific part, but lets just say this enemy just wrecks me and i cant do anything. i have to kill him, but its just impossible, my character sucks lol. i dont know what to do.

So basically you can't kill someone you need to kill?
You just can't rush, use a sword and sheild, take healing potions, use poisons if you have any and just keep attacking but then retreating untill he attacks then counter attack after, keep bashing him with your shield as well.
Lastly, go to gameplay settings and set the combat difficulty to begginer if it isn't already

Ok your best bet is this, go into the gameplay settings in the options part of the pause mwnu, and change it to novice, next you want to try and focus on a vlass so Mage, warrior or thief/assassin, each style plays differently and uses a whole different skillset, the easiest is warrior and what i would reccomend for beginners, you want to find your self a shield, using these will effectivly stop most incoming damage, next is your weapon, you want to fovus on the one handed skill tree, and use your first few lvl up perks on this to increase your damage with one handed weapons, also each lvl up you will get the choice to add health magicka or stamina, for a warrior you dont realy need magocka so go like this each lvl get health Twice then on your third get stamina so health, health then stamina, once you have around 450-500 health ypu can just add stamina.

Next is your secondary set of skills you need to lvl up, these are Heavy armor, block,smithing and possibly two handed if you want this makes you effective with things such as war hammers etc, your block and heavy armor goes up by just being hit while blockimg and your one handed will incrase with kills, i would reccomend finding a mace to use these are slightly slower.but pack a bigger punch, so thats the basics, another tip is this while traveling try to avoid fast travel, sure it can get a little.boring BUT random loot and places can give ypu big equipment and cash boosts also male sure to kill most wildlife and collect their pelts, these are used to make leather and strips which can be used with smithing to create new armors, check youtube for tutorials on skyrims smithing. good luck hope i helped
