There are no online modding for Black ops, no mod menu's, so do not believe anybody that tells you other wise.

Althow, there are XP lobbies, for each capture off the flag in domination, or each kill, you get to rank 50 instant, you then have to back out, prestige, and re-join.

Other than XP lobbies, there are no other lobbies at this time, and it might be a very long time before other lobbys are set up for multiplayer.

Chances off getting banned: Blackops and Mw3 are the main games the creaters are looking for modders to ban, the chances are as any other, you might get banned, its a case off luck.

Can everybody understand the fact there are no other lobby's apart from XP lobbies, and they are rare, nobody is going to invite you to a lobby like this if your not known.
