Hello, On my server Deceived Gaming, our tech guy has recently quit. On bukkit forums I cannot find the group manager plugin, or the permissions plugin. Also, I do not know how to set up permissions. I don't want to give the server password, if you could just file transfer, and copy and paste, it would be greatly appreciated... By I do not want to give the server password, I mean I WILL NOT give the server password, because I am very familiar with people griefing while doing that. If you help, I will give you mod on my server.
The groups I want are :
Owner (pretty explanatory)
Admin (also pretty explanatory)
Moderator: ban, kick, temp ban, nick, super pick axe, vanish, world edit, world guar
and all permissions of Builder

Builder:
Same as every other server
The selection color is the color I would prefer the group name/prefix to be
