Step 1- Go to game data utility > Mw2 1.13 update > Delete
Now there are 2 methods to Bypass
1 involves using a computer, the other involves just your Ps3.

Method 1- Download ELiteMossy's Patch Blocker.
Download Patch Blocker Here

Step 2- Start Blocking on the Patch Blocker
Step 3- On your Ps3 go to Internet Connection Settings > Proxy Server > Use > Use the IP&Port from the Patch Blocker > SAVE Settings > Sign In

Method 2- Go to Internet Connection Settings > Scroll Right to Proxy Server > Use > IP:patch.bz/Port:8080 > SAVE Settings > Sign In
