I think the only thing you can change on a laptop is the ram

I have and hp pavilion entertainment edition laptop, so I was wondering if I could change the graphics card. The pc is 2 years old.

You can't. Simple answer. Some laptops allow replacement of the CPU (it has to be the same socket, though), but I've never heard of a laptop GPU having that flexibility.
