If you have a jtag then you will be able to downgrade to the dashboard that you desire but not on a glitched console or a console that is a retail and you want to downgrade to jtag

No! He needs to get the files of the dashboard he wants, put it on a usb then put his usb drive in his jtag and it should automatically update. But he'll have to search google for the dashboard files he would want.

An addition to what I said earlier, it wouldn't change the kernal, just launch a different kernal within your current one. It works though, and that way all of your games would still work properly too.
