Noone that i know gets this , Look at what the old man at the starts says. 'Enemy have got stronger and got better technology than us' - *ENEMY* Not us in black ops 2- U need to find a way to stop the (Russian/ Enemy of some sort)so that they stop making new technolgy before we get to far behind, thats why in the campaign u either steal new techonology or your getting attacked by it.

Yes , simply the enemy has the technology, If u remember in black ops 1, Russian leader got away but u thought i was alright but u blew up all his equipment but he still had his plans. Now Jake woods tells u about how the Russains got away but as we thought everything was alright..........Russians Have been making TECHNOLOGY , No one saw it coming:) New Thing to campain- Love it
