Just check the numbers depending on what kind ox xbox you have. old ones as in not the slim have different trays. the slims match all times i think...

Yeah it seems like your disk tray is busted to foreverness <---- New Word And you need to find the same type xbox just like you would a jtag :xenon, Zephyr, etc: Just find a disk tray that fits your type...
