It spawns creatures, obviously. It spawns any animal or monter shown in the spawner. So if you found a pig inside, it would spawn pigs.

It always shows a pig in multiplayer but it will spawn 1 type of monster, must be on Easy and up. And it has to be dark

Nope, once you pay, you don't have to pay again. It's $16.95/$26.95 depending on where you live.

when i start minecraft premium download it freeze and can't login and it freeze my pc

By any chance, have you deleted the minecraft.jar file on accident, or were trying to insert a mod of some sort? Because if that's the case, then you need to uninstall the mod or get a regular minecraft.jar file.

i removed the whole file of .minecraft and updated it and nothing helps
when i start the premium minecraft file i get this:
