Right this is what I do and it always works
I put toothpaste on my disk and then wash it of and then dry it
Then go and put it in your Xbox turn your Xbox off and on and it should work

Or if you know how to take apart your xbox and put it together then do this:

Take it apart until you get to the fan, and Blow the **** out of it, i garentee its covered in dust and crap, This happened to me, and its not broke since i did this a while and Yes after that just put it all together!

Well it might be laser burn I don't know but if it is the shop you bought it off should give you a working replacement, of coarse that probably depends on how long ago you got it.

If it happens with every disc what you need to do is open your Xbox, go to the laser and push it back to the start point. There a plenty of tuts on YouTube, just look for open tray error! I've done it when i had that problem and it worked!
